Privacy Policy

This policy covers the Risqara mobile app and the risqara.ca website. Risqara is a risk-profiling tool that reads free public data sources and uses AI to summarize them — it is not a brokerage, does not manage accounts, and does not collect financial or investment account information.
What the app collects
When you run a scan, the app sends your search text (a ticker, company name, or theme) to Risqara's backend server, which uses it to query the data sources listed below and generate a result. That's the extent of what the app itself collects — there are no user accounts, no login, and no persistent profile tied to you.
The app does not access your contacts, photos, camera, microphone, precise location, or device advertising identifiers, and does not include any advertising or tracking SDKs.
What the website collects
The interactive demo on risqara.ca asks for an email address before unlocking a free preview scan. That email is stored via our form-handling provider (Netlify) and may be used to follow up about Risqara. Standard web server logs (IP address, browser type, pages visited) are also collected automatically by our hosting providers, as is normal for any website.
Where your query data goes
To build a risk profile, your search query (not your identity) is sent to the following services. Each only receives the search text itself — none of them receive your name, email, or device information from Risqara.

Our backend hosting provider (Render) and website host (Netlify) process requests on our behalf and log IP addresses briefly for security and abuse prevention (for example, rate-limiting), consistent with standard web infrastructure practice.
Data retention
Search queries are processed to generate a response and are not stored in a database or linked to a persistent user history — Risqara's backend does not retain a record of what you searched. Email addresses collected through the website demo are retained until you ask us to delete them.

To request deletion of an email address you provided through the website demo, or ask any question about this policy, contact us at info@risqara.ca.
Children's privacy
Risqara is not directed at children and we do not knowingly collect information from anyone under 13.
Not investment advice
Risqara's output is generated from free public data and AI summarization. It is provided for informational purposes only, is not investment advice, and should not be relied on as the sole basis for any financial decision.
Changes to this policy
If this policy changes, we'll update the date at the top of this page. Continued use of the app or website after a change means you accept the updated policy.
